I am asked every time on what I do to keep in shape. Well, I do everything that excites me physically.
I have been very active from when I was a kid. I played volleyball, basketball, ran track in school. With the love for these sports, I went along to search for more activities that will keep me active and is fun.
I found yoga which was a challenge because I could not bend the way my instructors did but I got to notice that with time and practice. You can bend your body the way you use to bend that doll that you didn't want any more. Try these yoga practices (Bikram, Power yoga, Vinyansa, and the Basic yoga)
Boxing is power, concentration, flexibility, core workout.
Biking is so fun with the right music and concentration, I could do it all day long. Give yourself 30-45min on the bike in the gym with the cold weather and a killer playlist.
Weights for me is to make me stronger and definition and best way to loss your body fat.
Pilates, Dance, are some of the activities that are under my belt.
